HOW TO ORDER A MADE-TO-ORDER / CUSTOM DESIGN

Start your enquiry — Fill out our [online enquiry form] or message us via the chat bar on the website with your inspiration photos, colours, and styles. From there, we’ll chat about creating the perfect set to suit you and your event.
Receive your quote — Once we’ve finalised the design concept, I’ll send you a quote for your set. You can then return to this custom order link and select the price tier (quote) provided.
Add your details — At checkout, please make sure to fill out your sizing and shape information before completing your order. This helps ensure your nails arrive perfectly sized and on time.
Processing & delivery — Once your purchase is complete, your order will be added to the queue and created within the estimated processing time provided (this may vary depending on order volume).

Handmade press ons are made to order upon your request so please allow for processing and creation time before shipment of your order. There is a no refund policy once nails have been made due to the handmade custom fitted nature of our products.

Your tailored claws will come will a full at home application kit and detailed application instructions. If you need any further assistance on application or removal please do check out our youtube instructional videos that can be found on our homepage at the bottom.
