This handmade pendant symbolises strength and growth within our tamariki. Handmade with care and aroha each pendant varies from another in subtle ways, similar to how our natural pounamu is unique in its own way from one and another.
When exposed to enough sunlight, these pendants have UV reactive properties which allow them to have a subtle glow when in the dark, I first made one of these pendants for my tama (son) who is afraid of the dark. I made it with the intent that it would help him feel safe. It warms my heart to be able to create these for other tamariki too ❤️

Handmade press ons are made to order upon your request so please allow for processing and creation time before shipment of your order. There is a no refund policy once nails have been made due to the handmade custom fitted nature of our products.

Our Ready to Ship (RTS) nail sets are premade nails that are ready to pack and get shipped straight away. Generally they are made up of machine made nails with a few sizes hand painted with designs on the most common nail sizes (4,5,6). These are mid tier quality sets that can be used 1-2 times, so not as durable as our completely handmade sets (up to 7 times reusable). However these are a more affordable option if you are just figuring out if you want to move into the press on game of convenient manicure at home. They also make awesome gifts.
Our Giftpacks are generally made up of our products as well as products from other small businesses within Aotearoa. I collaborate alot with wahine/mama owned businesses because supporting other mamas is something i am very passionate about. Application
1. Wash your hands and dry thoroughly. Prep fingernails by filing down length and cuticles by trimming hangnails if necessary.
2. Gently etch the top of your nails using the nail file/buffer provided
3. Remove dust using a nail brush. tip: if you have acetone at home you can swipe some over your nails to dehydrate them further for a stronger bond.
4. Size and choose the nails that fit you and line them up ready for application.
5. Place glue evenly across your nail then placing the nail on at a 45 degree angle rock your nail on to the wet glue starting from the cuticle area and hold down firmly for 15-30 seconds.
6. Repeat this step for all of your nails.
7. Keep your hands dry for 2 hours after application. I find the best time to apply nails is right before you go to sleep so you can let me dry overnight with no moisture contact.
You can now file and adjust the nails as needed to suit your lifestyle.
