Each order is created based on our conversation — whether that’s colours, design direction, or a specific set we’ve discussed. Everything will be handmade to match what we’ve planned together.

What happens next:
Once your order is placed, I’ll begin creating your piece/set based on our agreed design. As everything is handmade, small variations may occur — but the overall look and feel will stay true to what we discussed.
This isn’t a pick-and-click moment — it’s the final step in bringing your custom piece to life.
We use overnight courier within NZ so your products get to you as soon as possible. Please remember to check out using your correct area in NZ in order to having packing go smoothly.
